Your age plays an important role when you apply for permanent residency in Australia. You must be under 45 years of age when applying for Australian PR. However, you will get maximum marks for age factor between 25-32 years of age. Beyond this, your marks for the age factor begin to decrease and reach a low in the range of 40–44.

2. Excellent English Proficiency
To apply for Australia PR you must have an excellent proficiency level in the English language. The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is an internationally recognized agency that conducts English proficiency exams and provides proficiency scores to candidates. Although IELTS Band 6 is a basic requirement by the Australian Department of Immigration, you will get zero points for this score. 5 .Expression of Interest (EOI) – Once approval has been received from an Australian authority, the applicant must apply for an EOI (Expression of Interest) directly in the Australian Skill Selection System. Skill Select is an online system that stores and maintains the profile details of the applicant such as name, age, gender, work experience, language ability, qualification etc. Based on profile factors, the system makes points. The applicant’s collective score must be a minimum of 65 points to apply for a related PR visa through the system. The higher the score, the better the chances of getting an (ITA) invitation to apply for a PR visa.
